Using a wide array of high-quality yarns, Multifabs now knits approximately 37 tons of fabric per day. The company utilizes knitting machines like Fukuhara from Japan, Pai-Lung from Taiwan, and Japan-origin Flat-Knit Jacquard machines like Matsuya. Its product range encompasses all types of knit fabrics, including Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Pique, Lacoste, various types of Lycra, Engineering and Feeder Stripes, Fleece, Polyester, Nylon, Viscose, Linen, Modal, Melange, and more.

Multifabs possesses the capability to dye 35 tons of greige fabrics daily. Our dyes and chemicals are sourced from renowned global suppliers such as Huntsman, Bluesign-approved Dystar, Archroma from Switzerland, and Kapp Chemie from Germany for our dyeing processes. Our machinery lineup includes equipment from Sclavos (Greece), Danitech (Italy), and Fongs (Hong Kong) for dyeing, and Bruckner (Germany), Santex (Switzerland), Corino Lats (Italy), and Tubetex (USA) for finishing. Our finishing processes encompass brushing, sueding, and singeing techniques to enhance fabric quality and texture.

We issue fabrics for cutting only after ensuring, through careful checking, that there are no defects in the finished fabrics. To facilitate the spreading of fabrics with perfectly aligned edges but without tension and wrinkles during the laying process on the cutting table, Multifabs utilizes Auto Spreader machines from Germany. Additionally, it employs Auto Cutter machines from Germany (Kurish) and Italy (Morgan). On an average day, Multifabs can cut fabrics required for approximately 140,000 pieces of standard garments.

It offers pigment, silicon, puff, flock, transfer, glitter, metal stone, embossed, and rubber printing services. Utilizing up to 10 colors simultaneously, it can print 75,000 pieces of garments per day using the table and auto printing machine from the USA, specifically the M&R Brand.

Multifabs has permanently and separately dedicated its sewing lines to Polo Shirt, T-Shirt, and Fancy Knitwear productions. With 76 lines of the most modern machines and equipment occupying approximately 1,200,000 square feet of working space, these sewing floors are invariably made self-sufficient with cutting, finishing, and packing facilities. Therefore, in this unique working condition, Multifabs’ skilled workforce members are now producing about 138,000 pieces of high-quality knit apparel per day. At each of Multifabs’ sewing lines, the process inventories undergo thorough in-line as well as end-line quality checking and meticulous finishing.

Multifabs practices Quality Checking in conformity with Quality Card and Traffic Light Control Systems as well as 100 percent product body check system to ultimately conform to AQL 1.5. And then, products are invariably checked for needle and metal free status.Ā

We have also a well-furnished physical laboratory with all the necessary facilities, staffed by a dedicated team of 18 people who operate the lab 24 hours a day. Multifabs physical laboratory got accreditation from Lindex and Tom Tailor buyer and we are also capable to perform the test according to ISO, AATCC, ASTM, GB/T method.
